By using the Kaptain's Peak website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from us. We use age verification at checkout and reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass verification.

We currently ship only to North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of these states will be canceled.

All products are sold as THCA flower and related items. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding purchase, possession, and use. Smokey Pines Supply makes no claims about the legality of these products in your specific location.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on flower or consumable items once an order has been processed. In the case of damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for review.

Every batch is third-party lab tested. Certificates of Analysis are available for review. Results are provided for transparency and do not constitute medical advice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility.
